| Description of the problem | Tl*the contact owns a 2005 ford f250 superduty. While the vehicle was parked the contact tried to started the vehicle and it would not start. The vehicle was towed to a local mechanic who stated that the failure was with the fuel injection control module. The local mechanic referred her to the dealer. The dealer advised her that the failure was the same as the local mechanic had advised her. The dealer advised her that the vehicle was not part of recall 05v270000, electrical system:wiring. She called the manufacturer and they advised her that they were trying to reach the service manager at the dealership. The failure was on going for the last two weeks; however, the contact did not know what caused it to occur. The vehicle was not repaired. The approximate failure and current mileages were 36,000. |
