Description of the problem	Dt: 2004 ford f250 super duty. The consumer stated two months after purchasing the vehicle it started surging. The consumer took the vehicle to the dealership six times. The dealership reprogrammed the ebb sensor program twice. Also, replaced press check, and then replaced the fuel injected control. The last time the dealership wanted to put a black box on the vehicle, but the consumer did not feel the vehicle was safe enough to drive. The last time they did recall repairs on wiring harness. The consumer was pulling into a doctors office and the vehicle surged over two curbs. The vehicle had to be put in park. The consumer sustained a severe concussion. She had to see a neurologist for two months. There was no damage to the vehicle. The accident happened on july 13, 2004. The surging had no consistency.
