| Description of the problem | When driving straight with both hands on the wheel and above about 40 mph, a message and alarm go off that says "keep your hands on the steering wheel". This occurs on just about every straight away and becomes very annoying. It also distracts me when i should be paying attention to the road. I've had it in to the dealer three times for this and on the last visit they called ford technical support. They said they are aware of this issue but that they weren't doing anything about it. I feel its a safety issue since it distracts the driver needlessly. |
