| Description of the problem | Ford currently has an issue with door latches not latching shut. I've had my rear passenger door come open while driving down the road with my daughter sitting there scared to death. This is unacceptable. I've had my truck in service at the dealership for the recall fix and the same problem still exists i have had it back to the dealership three times now and it still is not corrected. Does someone have to get seriously injured or killed before someone forced ford to do something about this unbelievable problem that is getting swept under the rug? |
