| Description of the problem | Door latch, the driver side door was not closing when i first got the truck. This is not a new issue. This was supposed to have been fixed last april at the factory, but obviously it was not. I have had the truck looked at 3 times for this issue. It may be fixed now, maybe not. How can ford not have recalls and a fix for this and still be allowed to sell these vehicles? I have had to drive my truck to the dealership going down the freeway holding the door shut. I have been in contact with ford motor company, they don't seem to care of whole lot. Last week it was in the shop more than i had the vehicle. |
