Description of the problem	Had a clunking noise while driving and steering felt loose and wandered at times always in motoion. Dealership diagnosed as loose control arm bolts parts and tightened. Came loose a while after and complained again, said had to order parts. Came back wrong parts. Came back no time to work on vehicle. Went to another dealer. Diagnosed, ordered parts, fixed vehicle and now im being told the faulty parts at 12,300 miles on a 12 month old vehicle are not covered under warranty? The first dealer never reported the problem. Vehicle was in motion.
