Description of the problem	The doors do not latch when it is 32 degrees f or colder. It has been into the dealership for recall 18n03 on january 22, 2020. On 2-02-2020 the latch froze again along with on 2-04-2020, the vehicle is not drivable. The recall fix did work. The door will open but will not latch. Once the temperature rises, they will work again.
