| Description of the problem | My f150 has a defective door latch/door. In the cold it freezes, you cant open the door or the door won't close/lock, it basically swings open. I have looked on the forums which i have found that this has been going on for the past 3 years. Ford replaces the parts with the same parts which in some cases doesnt fix the issue. This is very scary if you someone closes the door thinking it locked and it swings open while your driving. Also someone can be trapped in the car because the door is frozen shut. Luckly i was home in my driveway when this issue happened. Please look into this as someone can get hurt. |
