Description of the problem	The issue i have involves the door latches not functioning properly when outside temperatures are below freezing. Once door(s) have been opened they will not latch when you try to close them. My local ford dealer has performed tsb 18n03 on all four doors (twice on the drivers side front door) and the problem still exists with the drivers side front door. Vehicle must sit with the heat on for several minutes before latches will function again wasting owners time and gas. There were times that i had no option but to drive the vehicle while holding the door shut because it would not latch. I have a couple of videos to demonstrate the issues but the file size is too large to upload but would be willing to send to someone via email at your request. During my research this appears to be a widespread issue that ford has not remedied and is a safety concern when one has to hold the door shut while driving.
