Description of the problem	I am experiencing an issue with my front passenger door. The door will either do one of two things. One, the door will not close at all, it won't even lock, it swings open freely and effortlessly. Two, if the door is closed and locked it will not unlock. I have brought my vehicle back to ford for a fix. It has come to my attention that there is a known program for this issue already, program 18n03. Two days later after the "fix" by the ford dealership the door issue still remains. I am scheduled to bring back the vehicle in the morning.
