Description of the problem	The vehicle is stationary and when the passenger door is unlocked with the key fob the tailgate fails down. When the driver exits the vehicle the tailgate falls down. By falls down i mean the tailgate on the pickup is closed and in the vertical position and the only way to open the tailgate is with the key fob. The tailgate fob is depressed and the tailgate opens (falls down) automatically. Only the tailgate controls are incorrectly opening the tailgate when the passenger door is opened with the key fob or when you get in the back doors. Also after driving the truck when opening the drivers door the tailgate drops down. If a child or adult happens to be behind the truck the can get hurt.
