Description of the problem	Tl* the contact owns a 2018 ford f-150. When approaching a stop or making a right or left turn, the steering wheel seized. The contact cracked his elbow while attempting to turn the steering wheel. Medical attention was not received. The contact had to use more force than usual to turn and steer the vehicle. The vehicle was taken to other unknown dealers and serviced five times, but each repair failed. The vehicle was driven to astrog ford (2028 7th st, parkersburg, wv 26101, (304) 485-8585) where it was diagnosed that the steering wheel module needed to be replaced.
