Description of the problem	I have reported my brake pedal that goes to the floor directly to ford's f-150 engineer. I was told my truck's brakes are normal. Today, in a business parking lot my brake pedal went to the floor and i lost the ability to stop and ran into the car in front of my parking spot. I had my kids and in-laws in the truck with me. My brakes are not close to being normal. Ford has known problems with recent model f-150 brakes. Ford will not do anything to try fix my brakes. Having random accidents with my family in the truck is unacceptable. This truck should be removed from the road at ford's expense
