| Description of the problem | Truck has had transmission issues for last 800 miles. Truck now has 12700. Shifts hard and slips especially 3-4-5 gears. 5th gear the worst on slipping, almost as if i put the truck in neutral, then it finds the gear and bucks. Definitely a hazard to drive. I have brought it into ford 3 times, the first time they applied a tsb, second time they said it was normal and refused to do anything. I called ford and sent it in for a second opinion they said they agree transmission needs work but refuse to work on it as the first dealership only one who can get paid for it. |
