Description of the problem	Erratic shifting, unexplained transmission hard shifts, pauses between shifts. Vehicle will surge forward and backwards when first started during cold weather (below 30 degrees fahrenheit). I have taken the vehicle to the dealership with this complaint only to hear that ford is working on it. They claim to test drive the vehicle but the odometer indicates that the vehicle is only been driven 2 to 3 tenths of a mile.
