Description of the problem	Hard drop in gear on start up. Intermittent long delays from drive to reverse or reverse to drive. Hard gear grab in 3rd and 6th regardless of speed or load. Highway speeds when slowing the transmission hits hard when going down into 6th. On city streets both up and down shift associated with 3rd gear are hard. The clunk is enough to shake the truck.
