Description of the problem	Transmission was rebuilt by dealership due to transmission issues and updated with newest release ford software update. After 2000 miles vehicle makes a hard shirt/clunking noise when down shifting from 5th to 4th gear and when driving slow has issue shifting from 1st to 2nd gear. Lots of transmission noise with this vehicle. This has been happening a lot and is not specific to any particular time such if vehicle is cold or warm.
