Description of the problem	Danger!! Potential extreme injury or death possible. These issues must be addressed by ford. Vehicle speed control:engine accelerating on its own when in reverse. Braking: would slow down but will accelerate when brake was released upon reverse. Upon reversing up an uphill local side street driveway, braking, and releasing the brake, the vehicle accelerated in less than one second at a tremendous speed. When the vehicle was put into drive from reverse, the engine created a high-pitched whining sound. Had there been the children in the driveway, they would have been killed. There is also a whining sound from the engine when it is running. Changing gear from reverse to drive: engine creates a high-pitched whining sound reverse up a slight hill: reversing up a small hill immensely accelerates on its own. We notified the dealership when we received the vehicle, but it was not corrected.
