Description of the problem	The steering constantly pulls to the left and pulls to the right. The steering has impulses that are felt in the steering during normal driving. The steering wheel oscillates and attempts to make steering corrections at any speed. The steering wheel will remain turned in one direction. For example, driving through a curve going left, hands can be removed from steering wheel and steering wheel will lock itself in position and stay turning left. The dysfunctional steering drove me off of a 2 lane road at 55mph. The poor steering of this vehicle creates an unsafe and not road worthy vehicle. The transmission can not decide which gear to be in creating pauses of power distribution to the rear wheels. The transmission shifts hard and pulls the vehicle back and forth creating loud clunking noises and rattling the passengers. The poor operation of the transmission creates unsafe driving conditions.
