Description of the problem	There is an abnormal engine "rattle" noise when decelerating (letting off throttle) between 1000 and 2000 rpms. This has been a frequent complaint from 2018 ford f-150 owners with v8 5. 0l engines. Responses from f150 owners on various forums all indicate various explanations from ford as to the cause from normal engine characteristics, replacing cam phasers, replacing solenoids, and buybacks. A tsb was released in november 2018 with no known cases on any related forums of the tsb correcting the abnormal engine rattle noise. I have hjad the tsb performed and the noise was continued to be present. The concern from myself and other owners is the unknown long term effects on the engine performance and/or life and a continued lack of response from ford as to the cause or release of any fixes. The issue has been present since 1 week after purchasing the truck on november 21, 2018.
