Description of the problem	Engine makes a very loud clicking and ratcheting sound after every throttle lift for the first 15min of engine operation. I did not hear it until the ford dealership worked on the intake system for the stumbling and hesitation issues. It can be hear over 300 feet away. My neighbors and friends all ask what is wrong with my new truck. I suspect the engine vibration issue is related to this very loud intake noise.
