| Description of the problem | I have a service advance trac warning light that comes on randomly and then disappears. I have had it to the dealership 2 times for a total of 5 weeks and they couldn't find out what was wrong with it. It never popped up an error code for the message. Finally the light stayed on so i took out to them and they were able to pull a code. Once they got the code ford started that there was no fix for the issue and i am out of luck. I have filed a complaint with ford who said unless it happens more frequently we cant do anything for you. This typically happens while the vehicle is in motion. When it happens it disables the traction control as well as toe mode, eco mode, snow mode, sport mode. Happens at all speeds and nothing seems to trigger the issue. |
