Description of the problem	Electrical : radio will randomly cut out. Typically when truck starts radio wont work. Have to either wait hour, or disconnect battery. Seems like typical issue. Seatbelt : passenger seatbelt wont retract back. Can hand feed then pull out by hand. Called dealer said 3 year 60 thousand for warranty im over 3 years and at 71k miles.
