Description of the problem	I called gillespie ford in gurnee illinois 7 weeks prior about a seat belt pre-tensioner that could cause a fire i was told they would be able to get it in the following monday as i called in the previous wednesday they said the following wednesday at the latest i have called multiple times since and i spoke with a gentleman and service today december 5th 2018 and was told i will have to wait two months because they are too far behind i contacted ford customer service and was told they will back there dealership and they will not help me seeing how this is a safety recall i am very concerned about driving my vehicle that i purchased january 6th 2018 i told the gentleman at gillespie ford my concern and i was told that is not his problem i would just like to notify you about this for the fact that it is a safety recall
