Description of the problem	Vehicle was involved in a collision wherein it "t-boned" a vehicle stopped across a roadway at 60mph. I was traveling straight in the left lane of a divided highway. The steering hub airbag did not deploy, and the shoulder harness did not prevent me from striking the steering wheel hub , which failures resulted in breaking my sternum. I also received a whiplash.
