| Description of the problem | While driving at 40-50 mph my truck encountered a harsh roaring sound as if it was going off the road. I had also encountered hard shifting from 4 to 5 and 6 gear. When i attempted to contact the local dealership. I was told that it would be 3 weeks before they could look at the vehicle. I took the truck to a local ase certified mechanic and he was able to determine that the torque converter was bad. The truck was purchased in 2017 with 6000 miles as a certified pre owned ford truck with 100k warranty. I have 98k and need to have this issue resolved immediately. |
