Description of the problem	My drivers door does not "latch" when i close it. It appears this occurs when below freezing. I see forums about being wet/freezing. Mine happens in normal cold/non wet conditions as well. The vehicle was towed to a local ford dealer for service, they told me they don't have parts come back next week, i did. They said there's no fix and they might want a water test. At this point i have no intention of being inconvenienced by their blundering and guessing. I told them to call me when they have a fix. I sell mercedes-benz products so i empathize with recalls however i am beyond frustrated that i drive to work holding my door shut. I have read many frustrating situations concerning this on the forums. It seems this has been going on since 2015. It is disturbing that ford can't come up with a dependable solution in almost 3 years. My vehicle is not on the recall list but i am having the problem. This is totally unacceptable.
