Description of the problem	There is a recall for the locks freezing. I spoke with ford customer service this morning. I have had just by drives door replaced (that is were the dealership starts). Customer service stated that is only fixes the front doors of my four door truck. The tailgate of the truck also locks and had frozen locked. All the doors on my truck and the tailgate have frozen locked before. When asked if there was a recall for the tailgate. I was told there is a fix but it will cost you $208. Plus they are working on getting me a price for my rear doors fixed. This is a know problem and recall has been issued to only fix part of the issues. I have videos of my trying to get into my truck tailgate while hitting the unlock button on my key fob.
