Description of the problem	The sync 3 systems functions poorly or not at all. Often times it stalls, freezes or becomes unresponsive which can cause the following to happen. The screen goes black and i am unable to adjust the climate or use the radio. All functions are disabled. The screen get stuck with the backup camera on and all of the controls are disabled, including the climate control. The screen is unresponsive to the touch and the climate control, radio and all other functions do not work. The navigation gets stuck on the screen and the location is inaccurate and you cannot make other changes, including to the climate control. It does not matter if the vehicle is in motion or stationary as the sync 3 system does not function either way. This happens about every time i drive the vehicle but i had to enter a single date in the system. I asked the dealer about this but their response was "did you get the extended warranty?".
