| Description of the problem | Drivers side door does not latch all the time when closed. Car was parked in the garage with temps in the high 40's and had not been in any wet weather or washed in 4 days. Shut it 5 times and it would just bounce back opened. This has happened on and off since we owned the truck(1-2019). Happens more often in cooler weather. Have talked to the ford dealer since 1-2019 and they said there was no recall and to use penetrating oil on the latch. Which has not helped. |
