| Description of the problem | Every time the temperature dips below 20 degrees the driver's side door will not latch nor lock. The dealership has attempted to fix it, in fact claims to have fixed it, but the issue remains. In talking to other owners of the same vehicle they also have the same issue. I consider this to be a serious safety issue, apparently ford doesn't. |
