Description of the problem	My ford was taken to the fox ford in waynesburg, pa to fix the 2 recalls on 12/30/2019. One of the recalls were regarding the door not opening or closing. They said they repaired both recalls. And one week later on 01/06/2020 the drivers door could not get into had to crawl over the passenger side in order to start the truck. Then once the door was pushed open from the inside the door would not close. The truck sat for approximately 15 minutes to warm up and the door would not latch close unless you used the lock. Called the fox ford back and told them and they rescheduled my truck back in on 01/13/20. They called me and told me that they took a look at the door again and said that they could not see anything else they could do except put more lube on/in it . And they could not do anything else for me if it happens again with out charging me or having another recall. Therefore i am notifying you.
