Description of the problem	Purchased truck new, at around 5000 miles the drivers door would not close, after repeatedly slaming the door the latch finally latched, it happend several times since. I took it to the dealer they said i needed new latches in both doors. Thay said it is a issue on only the upper levels. After waiting a week i took the truck in than they told me some of the parts are on back order and don't know when they will receive them. I left the truck until they get it fixed. Seems like a major safty issue if you have to drive with the door open.
