| Description of the problem | My brakes went out while i was driving it and i almost crashed into other cars because of it.. There is a recall for this issue 20s31 already. According to the ford website, the problem is with the brake master cylinder and brake booster, this repair will be completed free of charge for material and labor. The dealership , pinnacle ford , is trying to charge me 1200. 00 for the repair because it has not been determined what is covered in the recall. I have been trying to reach somebody at ford to handle the situation for 3 days. I finally reached somebody on the phone and they said i needed to call back because the system was down. Nobody seems to want to be responsible for this problem. |
