Description of the problem	I was parked at a retail store when the check brake fluid light cmae on. I check the fluid and it was almost empty. The brake pedal was going all the way to the floor. I purchase fluid and replaced it and drove home about two miles away. By the time i got home the light came on agin and the pedal was going to the floor with very little brakes. I called my mechanic (who works for ford) and he said to check because he thought there might be a recall on the brakes. There is not one but there are a large number of complaints on the issue. It is so bad the master cylinder is on back order with no timeframe given on when it will come in. I also cannot get an after market part from someone else due to backorders. It is obvious there is a mass problem that ford is ignoring a safety issue.
