Description of the problem	Brakes have completely ceased working at random times. Three times total: the vehicle will be in motion (at varying speeds) and when brake is applied, the pedal goes all the way to the floor with little resistance. One time i was traveling at 55 mph on the highway and had to stop suddenly for slow traffic - i was forced to use the emergency brake. Another time i was traveling at approximately 20 mph approaching a red light and i had to use the emergency brake to stop. The third time i was decelerating and trying to brake to take a hard right turn and the brakes didnt work; fortunately the i was already at a reduced rate of speed and the hard turn in slowed the vehicle enough that i was able to make the turn. But the truck traveled through my lane into the oncoming lane of traffic. Thankfully no cars were waiting at that intersection.
