| Description of the problem | Driving home on the florida turnpike and had to slow down for stopped traffic and my foot went all the way to the floorboard . I put it in neutral and swerved onto the side of the road to avoid hitting traffic at 70 mph . Once i got slowed down my brakes worked again . I proceeded on thinking it was a freak incident but to my surprise it happened twice more on my way home . They would work for 5 or 6 times and then they would fail again . I took it to the nearest dealership and parked it . They called me the next day and told me it was the master cylinder failing and it was a known problem . "a known problem!" why is there not a recall ? I could of killed somebody. |
