Description of the problem	My truck is a 2016 f150 with 4053 miles. The vehicle has a 5. 0 v8 and 7 weeks after purchasing the vehicle new, the master cylinder failed. The vehicle was in motion on a city street and the signal light turned red. I depressed the brake pedal and it went all the way to the floor and was not stopping, only slowing. I downshifted the automatic transmission and pumped the brakes before finally stopping. This occurred without warning. I immediately drove to a ford dealer less than 2 miles away and they confirmed it was the master cylinder which of course is not in stock. After doing some research, earlier models have had the same issue. Apparently, ford has not corrected the problem. This is a safety issue that needs immediate attention!
