Description of the problem	I was driving down the road and engine lost complete power, but the engine was still running. I was able to get off the road and shut the engine off and restart it. This happened again a couple of weeks later. I called the ford dealer on saturday and was informed that it was probably a throttle body issue. I was able to get an appointment on monday, but this problem occurred again about 10 times over the weekend. In my opinion this should be a safety recall as this issue could occur while passing on a narrow tow lane road, going through an intersection, crossing a railroad track, etc.,. From an internet research i i found that ford has issued tsb 16-0139 on october 10, 2016 and there were numerous comments from others having the same problem. In fact the maintenance manager at ford told me this had happened to him twice.
