Description of the problem	5/25/2018 - head on collision. I was a passenger. Our vehicle going 25 mph uphill. Striking vehicle going est 60+ mph coming down hill collided head on with us. No fatalities but 3 injured. Seat belts locked correctly. Drivers side airbag deployed and the passenger (my side) airbag did not. Driver of the vehicle striking us heavily inebriated. One of the firemen, when opening passenger door, commented about plastic pieces in the airbag area.
