Description of the problem	Windshield wiper fluid not working. Ford said tubes freeze, i had to pay to replace but the fluid still does not come out when temperatures below 20 degrees. I am using rain-x fluid rated to -30 degrees, same fluid works in other vehicles. Once engine is warm and stopped for 20 minutes, fluid will sometimes work. I think the plastic tubes ford charged me for should be replaced with metallic ones that will not constrict/shrink.
