Description of the problem	Wipers will not shut off. Even if you shut the vehicle off, they still come on when it's started again. The only way to stop the wipers is to pull the fuse. There is a recall on 2011-2014 models but not on the 2015 model. This is clearly a defective ford switch but company will not cover the replacement. I have called the dealership and 800 number.
