| Description of the problem | At temperatures of 20f-22f windshield wiper pump loses pressure and can not pump wiper fluid. Dealership brings truck inside, warms truck and claims it was frozen and now it works. After driving 15 minutes in 20f-22f pump initially worked then started to lose pressure again, resulting in failure to pump windshield wiper fluid. You could see the pump pumping less and less as you drive. This causes a condition where it is difficult to see out the window and vision is impaired. Also using premium deicer washer fluid, not standard wiper fluid, (rain-x deicer) that has a tendency to freeze in the north east during winter. |
