Description of the problem	Tl* the contact owns a 2015 ford f-150. While driving with the cruise control set at 75 mph, the vehicle started shaking and the speed reduced to 60 mph. The contact stated that it felt as if the brakes were being applied. The contact depressed the accelerator pedal and the rpms increased, but the vehicle failed to accelerate. The contact pulled the vehicle over and looked under the hood, but no issues were found. The vehicle was able to restart and operated normally. The contact stated that the failure occurred twice while the cruise control was engaged. The vehicle was taken to ford of port richey (10715 us-19, port richey, fl 34668 (727) 478-0975), but the failure was unable to be duplicated. The manufacturer and a congress member for the state of florida were notified of the failure and a case was opened. The failure mileage was approximately 87,000.
