| Description of the problem | I received a recall notice, 15s29, to reprogram my f-150's control system to correct an adaptive cruse control issue. I had this recall work performed by my ford dealership in march, 2017. I was on a road trip this week (4-4-2017) and was traveling on the i-35 interstate at 75 mph passing a semi. About half way passed the semi the brakes were suddenly applied and the warning flasher (on the windshield) activated. I thought this was fixed!! Thankfully the vehicle behind me was able to brake to avoid a rear collision. Is there still an issue with this? If so when will it be fixed? |
