Description of the problem	2015 ford f150 supercrew door latch recall. The door latch is known to fail , ford issued a service bulletin for this issue in spring of 2016. The drivers door on my wifes 2015 f150 flew open after leaving our driveway about 150 yards from our home. Ford is aware of the issue and sent no notice to us, the door still won't close the truck has been sittin for over a week now. Ford keeps telling us we have to work with the dealer we bought it from, i asked them how i would even get the truck back there to fix when i can't shut the doors, and their answer was the same, you will have to work that out with your ford dealer. When they were asked is ford going to pay to have it towed, again they said you will have to work that out with your dealer. I may have to wait as long as 3 or more weeks before the dealer gets the parts, but the truck can not be driven.????? What am i suppose to do!???
