Description of the problem | Upon walking up to my car to go to the gym i noticed that my rear window was completely shattered but in one single piece. There was no sign of impact. As soon as i opened a door the entire window collapsed. This was on a hot day and truck was not on , parked on a city street not in motion. I reached out to ford and they said they won't cover it. This happened before on the rear passenger side window. |
