Description of the problem	Door locks/latches. I live in canton, michigan and whenever the outside temperature drops below 32 degrees the locks fail to open and/or close. I am unable to open the door from the interior and/or exterior when this occurs. The doors locks also fail to catch when trying to close the doors and securing them. This is a extremely unsafe issue, especially if the car is involved in a motor vehicle crash and the occupants in the vehicle need to get out. Ford is telling me that the interior door hood does not properly keep water off the interior working parts of the door causing the parts to freeze and become inoperable. I am being told replacement parts are unavailable until late march 2017. This needs to be addressed and a recall ordered. This is continuing to happen to me this winter and also did during the winter months of 2015 into 2016. Ford initially was adding lube to all the working parts in a attempt to keep them from seizing up but that is not working because every time they lube the parts up within a day or two the door is malfunctioning once again.
