| Description of the problem | I was unable to open my 2015 ford f150 power doors using the key fob, door code buttons, or grip handle sensors. This was most concerning because the issue started with the rear doors; this caused my child to become stuck in the vehicle. The temperature was below freezing at this time. If i had not been able to release the door this would have been an immediate safety issues to my young children. This issue has since progressed to all doors becoming dysfunctional. My vehicle is now at the ford dealership. My vehicle was both stationary and in motion at the time of incident on city streets and freeway. If i had been in an accident and quickly needed to extract my children from the vehicle the issue of the doors not functioning and freezing could have put my and my children's well fare at extreme risk. |
