Description of the problem	This vehicle is equipped with the "panoramic sunroof/moonfoof". It has never worked flawlessly since the day i purchased the vehicle. 3 days ago, it opened and now will not close. My vehicle basically has a permanent hole in the roof. Ford dealer says this is common problem and the entire window frame has to come out of the ceiling and be replaced by the one that ford has "redesigned"... But no recall.
